What is the fee?
We charge a fixed 0.3% commission on every swap. It is shown clearly before you confirm, and there are no network surcharges.
How fast are swaps?
Most swaps complete within 5–30 minutes after your payment is confirmed on-chain.
Is it safe?
Yes. We never hold your funds longer than necessary and every outgoing transfer is manually verified by our team.
Which networks are supported?
ERC-20, TRC-20, BEP-20, Solana and native chains for all listed coins. The widget validates your address against the chosen network.
Can I cancel an order?
You can cancel before payment. After payment is confirmed, orders cannot be cancelled.
What if I send the wrong amount?
Please send the exact amount shown. Underpayments may be refunded minus fees; contact support with your order ID.
Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are available only in exceptional cases and are handled manually by our team.
